I think everyone had a great afternoon learning about how the different flavours of ice cream were inspired. Towards the end of the sessions, we all had fun with the Super Sour Lemon flavour which got everyone’s hair standing and faces cringing. Everyone had to sign an indemnity form before they are allowed to taste the ice cream. We also had medical staff on hand just in case. Oh, I am not referring to myself. There were three other doctors present in the first session and one in the second. Good thing we did not have to perform CPR seeing that we were mixing durians ice cream and ice creams with hard liquor!
Big thanks to Dave our Chief Milkman who opened his ice cream parlour for the ieaters on a Sunday and teaching us all about ice cream. Also thanks to Holybro, Derrick, Paulette, Daniel and Lynette for helping me organize the two sessions!
